not what I expected
I was excited when I got this phone but its been nothing but a disappointment since I got it. I'm always hitting the button on the back by accident and it takes a screenshot when I do, which is extremely annoying. Its slow and when you touch the screen it doesn't recognize that you touched it most of the time. In fact, I'm getting frustrated just writing this review. Maybe I got a lemon, I don't know, but what I do know is that I don't recommend it.

Happy with this budget friendly cellphone

I have had this phone 2.5 yrs. It has worked great for me. Light but not too light in weight. Great screen size. Happy with the keyboard size (including each button size).
Lots of great features. Do wish I could control the phones camera being on all the time.
I know sometimes there are just lemons out there and I’m sorry for that. I have been very happy aside from never finding a case that would fit it. So, yes I have dropped it a time or two without a case and have had no trouble with the phone after that drop. Would recommend!

Great features

I am really happy to buy this, since 2018. I bought it in Atlanta. It went well, Google Play works really well. Camera works well too. So far it is still good, I have never used the phones that long.

- A: The LG K20™ | AT&T, Model # M255 is an Android 7.0 (Nougat) model so it cannot automatically scan QR codes without an app like Android versions 8 and 9 or later can. You will need to download and install a third-party app to use the camera to scan QR codes...^IFV5 years ago

- A: The ringtone volume is able to be adjusted to fit your individual needs. Different ringtones are able to be downloaded via the app store, if you need a different ringtone or alarm than what comes on the phone. ^CP7 years agoHelpful?
