Phone heats up, loses charge, has dead spots and randomly deletes things. This is my 5th one of these since January 16'

Hate it!

This phone has nothing but issues. Constantly freezes, apps crash and restarts itself even with lots of battery percentage left. Has been in Otterbox since purchased so no issue there. Sometimes when trying to text it will freeze up and letters will be giant blocks and message will be typed several times over. My brother has same phone and same issues. Don't waste your money. Switching back to iPhone. :(

Had this phone (2 of the same model) both have and have had issues with messaging and connecting to WiFi and to the AT&T network. Husband has different phone but on same plan with no issues. Phone was replaced for free due to issues and second one has the same issue but worse

Not really for the active, don't waste the $$

Phone seemed good for a while until it fell out of my pocket. Shattered the screen immediately. Don't waste your money on the "active" version as it makes no difference. It had some good features but it's worthless now that it's shattered. Too bad....

- A: Hello Nytro! I can definitely understand the desire for an MHL compatible device! Being able to stream your phone to your TV using a cable would be extremely useful! At this time, the Samsung Galaxy S6 series of devices do not offer the MHL standards from its USB port or any other direct video output. There is however, a screen mirroring feature built into the Galaxy S6 series of phones that will allow you to screen share your phone to your TV, provided you have the necessary requirements. One of the great things about purchasing a device from us is that it’ll automatically come with a SIM card. No need to go the extra mile to get one! This is what I found on Samsung’s website regarding the Samsung Galaxy S6 active “This device passed military specification (MIL-STD-810G) testing against a subset of 20 specific environmental conditions, including temperature, dust and sand, shock/vibration, and low pressure/high altitude. Device may not perform as shown in all extreme conditions.
