- November 15, 20191 out of 5MY FATHER IN LAW BOUGHT A HOTSPOT FROM THIS LOCATION. WHEN HE RECIEVED IT WE WASN'T SURE HOW TO ACTIVATE IT SO HE TOOK IT TO THIS LOCATION. THE SALES ASSOCIATE CHANGED OUT THE SIM CARD, AND SET THE OLD CARD TO THE SIDE. FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH THE HOT SPOT WORKED. WE GOT THE FIRST BILL AND IT HAD 2 NUMBERS ASSOCIATED WITH 2 DIFFERENT HOTSPOTS.SO HE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THE LADY COULDN'T GIVE GOOD ENOUGH DETAIL TO US FOR THE BILL SO I TOOK IT TO THE ALBERTVILLE LOCATION, THE SALES ASSOCIATE EXPLAINED TO ME IT WAS FOR THE HOTSPOT HE JUST RECIEVED AND FOR THE HOTSPOT HE HAD AT HIS HOUSE. I ACCEPTED THAT EXPLINATION. BUT THEN WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK AND AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE WITH THEM OVER AN HOUR THEY WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP HIS ACCOUNT AND SHOW THAT 2 HOTSPOTS HAD BEEN ORDERED BUT ONE WAS SENT BACK BECAUSE OF BUYERS REMORSE. HOWEVER NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN TO US WHY THERE ARE CHARGES FOR 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS, AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE TECH HE SAID BOTH SIM CARDS WERE ACTIVE UNTIL THAT DAY. NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN TO US HOW THIS HAPPEND, OR FIX THE ISSUE TO WHERE WE ARE ONLY PAYING FOR THE ONE SIM CARD AND ONE HOTSPOT ONLY.
