- June 23, 20201 out of 5added a line in November 2019. promotion suggested we receive a free phone. after 7 months we are still being charged for the phone. many calls and visits to correct this with-out success. in June of 2020 the manager told me it was corrected and I would see the discount in the next bill. Still not corrected. I called the manager back and she forgot the conversation and basically accused me lying (she didn't use the word). I was so mad I hung up and am seeking satisfaction with the district manager. store manager doesn't return calls in a timely manner and is extremely rude.
