Anthony Page, sales consultant, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was so polite & professional. Made suggestions to try to help me with my problem with getting the new Samsung Galaxy S22 that I preordered last week. I was told by a different sales rep last week that I would have the phone this week but after checking on my order online it shows that I will not get it until March 22 - April 6. I am not upgrading just to be upgrading like some people do that likes to keep a new phone. My phone is 4 years old & I am getting warnings everyday b/c my storage/memory is full. I cannot take pictures without deleting old pics or files. My reminders on my calendar has started to not pop up to remind me sometimes, not on all of them, but I never know when it will not pop up. Anyway I told the different sales rep last week that I was leaving Monday 3/7 going out of town to Tennessee on a work trip for a week. I needed the new phone before I leave b/c mine could crash anytime & I am afraid I will get out of town & my phone quit working. Anyway, Anthony Page, called different stores & they were all sold out. He suggested a couple of options that I could try. I decided to chance it & keep my old phone but add an sd card so I can take pics while I am in TN. Hopefully my phone will hold out & not crash. He also sold me my accessories for the new Samsung Galaxy S22 that I have on order that the salesman last week did not. Anthony Page explained to me the sale of buy 2 get the 3rd free. I bought the otterbox, vehicle charger, wireless ear pods (explaining the difference between the 2 different pair I was considering) and the sd card. He had originally told me they did not have any of the sd cards but when he came back out with the ear pods he found an sd card in the back. Extremely nice & knowledgeable young man. He is an asset to your store. I will keep his card & ask for him when I go back in the store. And he called me Ms. with my name which I thought was very respectful. I wanted to take the time to give Dre, at the Malbis Store, the thanks and praise he is due.
As a charitable organization, I am always trying to find ways to reduce expenses and to reduce the stress of capital going out and not coming in.
When trying to establish my new account… we ran in to many quiches. I literally spent 3 days in the ATT, Malbis location and Dre hung with me trhroughout the entire process.He tried everything he could to set up my business account and enjoy the device credits.
As we proceeded….it became evident that I was most likely a victim of fraud. While in the store with Dre, both of my banks locked my accounts due to suspicious ac tivity.
My credit score dropped 100 points within the 3 day period.
I was beyond frustrated and I know Dre was as well.
I particularly want to praise his poisitive attitude and perserverence in finding solutions to nmultifacet, time consuming situations.
Dre’s service was VERY superior. He is a class act . Top notch customer service and top notch sponge to problems and finding the solution s.
Thank you Dre. I left satisfied and Dre saved me a great deal of expense.
