- January 8, 20201 out of 5I went to 2 different stores 8 days ago to replace my broken phone. They were out of the Galaxy S10, but said they were ordered. It has been 9 days...no phone and no contact from the store despite leaving 2 voicemails. According to the 800 customer service number they still don't have the phone in stock.
