Anyways she told me to delete things that I don’t need to make more storage room for my phone. Which I did but my phone keep crashing, so I went back today because I couldn’t make call or send out text messages. Also my phone been uninstalling my apps as well. I told the same lady that helped me last time what’s happening now and all did was say you need to delete more items out your phone or upgrade it. She didn’t take it to the back or nothing and I felt like she didn’t care. All I wanted was a replacement phone because this one is crashing everyday and I barely have apps that take up storage and I barely have photos, messages, and music.
