- June 12, 20191 out of 5After calling the number listed for AT&T 3 times I was finally told by the 3rd representative to visit my local store with a death certificate to have my recently deceased husbands account put in my name. Upon doing that I was told by the salesperson there that I would need to bring all my Direct TV items to them and get new ones since this was going to be a new account. I am leaving the account in my husbands name even though I have no access to AT&T since I do not know his password. The other option was to make a trip to Tucson to the corporate headquarters. The run around I would say!!

The lady that usually works the closing shifts never makes it seem like its a burden for me to come in when I do and she is welcoming even at that time of night. She is a delight and I just wanted to acknowledge her. I have been trying to make the decision to get a new phone, but when I do I hope she's the one that gets to help.
