They told me I would get a First Responder discount and initially did not . I was told my bill would be around 67.00 a month . The first bill came and it was 172.00. I specifically stated not to bundle my direct tv and they did. I have no service at work now and they tell you a rep will call you and no one ever does. Don’t do it!

Your supposed to invite them in your home and give them information about your bills. Why would I trust them when they look like they have come from the gym. what happened to business cards, name badges with your company logo on it, people dressed in business clothes.
