I was there for Three hours because she had to call customer service too fix it. So I could get service with AT&T. If she not a manger. She needs to be. We have been with at&t for 10 years and my husband cracked his screen on his phone so we paid out his phone so that we can upgrade and come to find out the cashier added a new line to our account instead of doing an upgrade which added an additional $70 a month to our account! Yes we signed the contract but we were agreeing to the installment plan not to an additional line and now noone in the store can help us nor can at&t customer service. Our only option is to return the new phone and wait for them to order this brand of phone because it is no longer in stock at the store or pay out the phone and cancel the new line. I mean come on someone needs repercussions from this I am baffled by this situation and if it wasn't for the fact we've had this service for so long I would switch carriers this is insane!
