    This had to have been the worst experience I've had with the lr location. Ms. Roxanne needs to learn to be professional and should work on her customer service skills. She made me feel so less than as a paying customer. I will definitely not come back for any more phone services, since the VIBES was so terrible over a screen protector. I hope her day gets better because her tone of voice and actions made it known she was having a bad day and that should never happen.

    Excellent customer service, care, concern and follow thru by your AT&T rep ROXY!! She was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable when handling my issue regarding my FIRST iPhone (12 pro max) which was stolen on Thursday afternoon on June 17th at Shackleford Walmart store.
    I was an emotionally drained mess when I entered the store regarding my phone being stolen but this lady rep
    ROXY listened attentively with empathy as I explained the frustrated and emotional afternoon I had of not having phone. I appreciated the steps she took to put my mind at ease by advising I suspend and blacklist my phone for my security and protection of information. ROXY also helped me get another IPhone activated and explained my billing adjustments so I wouldn’t be caught off guard by the increase of an additional phone bill.
    I felt at ease and comforted by her assurance that she hoped my phone would be returned back to me.. she gave me hope that someone with kind heart would return the phone.
    After several previous attempts to contact Walmart unsuccessfully, I called Walmart again today and finally got a supervisor on the phone and they confirmed that my phone was there!
    I couldn’t wait to tell ROXY because of her positive energy and understanding personality.
    I brought the newly purchased IPhone and my recovered phone back and the manager Michael and another nice young man (sorry I don’t remember his name) assisted with the getting me back to being made whole and I appreciate ALL of you for being so kind, understanding and helpful!!
    I got my iPhone 12 Pro Max returned and was restored by Little Rock’s finest reps/managers at Financial Center Parkway AT&T store.
    I highly recommend this location for all your needs!

    This store looked clean, put together and I was helped in a timely matter, but—I am completely dissatisfied with the actions of my visit. I came to change my phone plan and add internet service because I moved. The employee who helped me changed my phone plan to a better one which was great. The disappointing part was he spent more time trying hit on me instead of listening to what I wanted. I told him the apartment building said it was wired for AT&T internet and asked what that meant. He decided to set up an appointment for installation and did it for the wrong address (where I just moved from states away)because again, he spent more time trying to hit on me instead of doing his job. So instead of working with patients this afternoon I had to call customer service and spent a total of 90 minutes in multiple calls trying to change service address and being disconnected and passed off to other representatives. When it was all finalized a nice customer service lady listened to what happened all day, suggested I cancel this order by heading to sales to do that and start new service. All I needed this entire time was an order for equipment not actual installation. Now I’m delayed over a week in getting service all because one employee chose to try to date a customer instead of help them. Do better please. It’s 2021-Train your staff better on proper customer etiquette.
