Have gone to this store multiple times, every time they want to "put my name on a list" while I see employees visiting with each other and not helping customers. I have walked out of this store angry more times than not. We have seven AT&T devices, and I'm ready to switch carriers simply based on the repeated frustration encounter at this store. After multiple attempts to get help in the past few weeks, I have been met with rude staff each time. I will try a different location, and if it's no better, it's time for a new carrier. - July 24, 20181 out of 5I went today to solve a problem with my direct tv, they close the store at 8, I came in at 6:45 and waited 20 minutes, I saw many employees in their phones without customers and when I asked them for help, their response was that they were busy. Then after 20 minutes Rachel (the lady that was taking care of me) came and help me out. I was explaining her what happened with my account because they charge us extra and we were expecting to have the credit in our account by today and we still don’t have it and HER MANAGER came talk to her without any sense of professionalism. He was talking about a customer and laughing with her, while I was sitting right next to Rachel. I found this very disrespectful, and I hope you take care of this situation. And at the end, they didn’t help me with what I needed.
