The store didn't turn in my trade in phone when I upgraded for 9 months. This meant my promotion was never processed, the store manager, TJ, refused to help even though it was his store's fault.Response from AT&TJanuary 27, 2022Hi Mike, your experience in our store matters to us. Poor customer service. The manager showed unprofessional customer service in front of his salesman and customers. He said his name was Mr. T. J. the manager at Pleasant Forest. He was the owner. The salesman didn't sale me the right cord I needed for my phone to use in my car three times. He told the salesman to give a cord so he can let me go because I had been there for awhile but again he wanted to charge me the difference and when I said that wasn't what I wanted he got rudely. Refused to give my money because he said I called him ignorant. He told me to take it to another store and return it. I never got the right cord for my phone. He gave me one to plug in the wall. He start talking why he didn't like those kind of plug ins because they were too thick. He really thought he got over on me but I took the cord from going to another level with him. When I said I was calling the police and headquarter he told me to call and said he would give me the number and said the number. He refused to let the salesman refund my money. He didn't have the type of cord I needed for my phone. I have a Samsung S21 5 G 128 G B - December 2, 2020

Husband and I went in to buy new iPhone 12's. Service persons communication skills were minimal, we had to drive while she slowly perused our account for 10 minutes saying she needed to rebuild our plan with no other explanation while simultaneously watching people enter the store, listening to nearby phone conversation with a call in customer (even interjecting a comment into that conversation and generally looking around the store. Eventually shoved her iPad over with a new plan price and gave us a monthly installment amount for new phones which we understood were to be free under current promotion. When we started questioning this point, she said "well it's ONLY $8 per month". No explanation. When we noted that that $240 over 30 months wasn't free she said "well you don't have to buy it" ...and we said thanks and left. - October 31, 2020

My father and I came into the store to trade in my phone and to ask about ATT Tv. We had been to other att locations before but the people working at the other stores were not as nice as Rachel! Ms. Rachel Matthews helped us with everything and did an amazing job! She handled everything properly and we are so thankful she helped us with everything we needed!
