    Last week I went in to ask about an update on my apple iPhone that I had purchased at this location a year ago. My family has AT&T service for all our cell phones. Last Wednesday when I went I was helped by a tech, but also asked if I could get a screen protector due to mine being broken.The tech stated to bring my broken one back and use the warranty. While I was updating my phone I witnessed 2 different elderly women. Both stated they were recent widows and needed to get their deceased husband off the plan. I was startled at the way they were treated. One left crying and the other had been sitting there longer than me. As I was leaving I stoped to sit with this elderly woman.She was being treated very disrespectful and waited for nearly 2 hours. She was in tears. I left very upset at what I had witnessed. The following Wednesday I returned 10-13-21 to bring my broken screen protector and get a new one. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated very poorly. A young Hispanic boy asked for my drivers license. I hesitated because this had never happened before. He said he needed to scan my license. So he scanned it, asked me my name, and phone #. I was told that I was not in the system.He attempted to dismiss me. I told him my name again and that I was on a family account. He acted irritated and said”maybe ur husband has the account and he will have to come here.” I explained to him over and over that was a mistake. I am on the account. I asked to speak to the manager. He pointed me to a table. There was a young Hispanic girl working there. She said she couldn’t help me. I told them both they were mistaken and I wouldn’t leave until they got this situation figured out and I got my screen protector. At this point I was in disbelief.They said u need ur husband. I told them he was out of state but maybe I could call him at the airport. At this point I felt as if I was being attacked for no reason. We called my husband and on speaker he listed all of us on the plan, including me!!! The girl was sitting at her computer and said no. I can’t help you your name I not on here. I told the girl that I KNOW my name is on the account and that I would not leave until I got my screen protector. I was sitting next to her. I never threatened her. I never cursed at her. I never used any threatening body language. She looked up at the boy and told him to call the police. He started dialing and I told them both if they called the police that I would tell police how bad I had been harassed by them. I realized that if I didn’t apologize to the girl that a huge scene was about to happen. It was not my fault. It was techs at AT&Ts ignorance. They wanted to send me away because they didn’t know what they were doing. She finally told the boy to hang up. She turned to me and said” I have Kerry, Ian and Gail on this account. I looked at her and said THAT IS ME!!!! After all of that harassment she finally got it. How hard can that be???? She instantly told the boy to go get my screen protector and no charge to me. Said she didn’t want me to have a bad experience at AT&T!!!!! I attempted to pay. She refused to take my money. She never apologized for their terrible mistake and harassment.I have never in my life had the police called on me. I have never been treated like that ever!!!! I have attempted to leave reviews on website. It keeps disappearing. I a going to figure this mess out so I at age 62… and other seniors never have to be treated like this again.
