    I normally do not write reviews but I’ve been unable to resolve a BOGO billing issue with this store over the last 8 months. I’ve spoken to multiple sales associates who have been great but the manager and president continue to hold up the refund. Need help resolving!! Emails from their associates show the manager and President both approved the refund it just has yet to come through on our account. 😕 Any help would be appreciated!!

    Unable to get BOGO offer issues resolved! I never write reviews but it seems I can’t get the Manager or President of this store to respond to any emails or store escalations (from their staff) which has been frustrating. I’ve had great support from their staff, emails to prove it, that my BOGO offer last November was valid. I’ve been over paying since April of 2019 and have been told multiple times the President of the store has approved it, that it just needs to be submitted. Yet, no credit has been applied to my account. I’d be happy to work with this store on other options to make this right, if only they’d reach out to help get this resolved!

    I came in to get a net gear mobile hotspot router. When I came in, I was unable to easily identify who the associates were. There were only two associates working and they are both with customers. They did not greet me at all or even acknowledge my existence the entire time I was there except when one of them laughed at my son. I had my 16 month old son with me during this attempt to purchase. After 20 minutes of not being helped or greeted while trying to entertain my son, I was very upset and decided to leave without purchasing the router. I need it for tonight and now have to take myself and my son to someone else’s house tonight so I can work.

    Greeted when I entered store; this was nice. The wait time was around 15 minutes. Cassandra, who waited on me, was very nice and helpful. I felt like a valued customer.
