    In all the years of being an AT&T business customer I've never experienced such poor customer service as I did on the evening of Wed July 22nd.
    I waited over half an hour without ever being acknowledged in the store. I observed a female employee choose to closeout the business payment machine to prepare for the closing of the store instead of helping myself and an elderly customer waiting for assistance. I get it, she wants to leave as soon as the clock strikes but come on. At least acknowledge your customers who come in the door who wait and wait.

    The employee I want to send positive feedback for is Sales Rep A. Flores. Ms Flores went out of her way to help me solve my account issue. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She should be promoted.
    I purchased the prepaid wireless internet 100G service while visiting in Searcy Ar. Recently I needed to log into my account and see my usage details. It was then I realized that the Searcy store sales rep did provide me with any account information or pin. I then called ATT @ 611 and they would not talk with me without a pin, kept telling me to take the sim out and put in in my phone (its a data plan only). The help staff needs to understand that when a customer purchases this plan you will not be able to text me any password reset SMS msg as the SIM was for a internet device. She also found out that the sales rep in Searcy did not put in my email address or pin#. Ms Flores recognized the 611 staff was not going to be able to help solve the issue. So he let them go from the phone and had figured out a way to solve the issue herself. She setup a phone in the store, reset my pin and got me up and running. It is refreshing to find people who genuinely want to help their customers.

    Absolutely amazing how yall have made everything about switching service providers, phones & plans so simple & the first & most enjoyable experience I've ever had compared to all the past experiences with any & all other services I've tried in the past! My son is 7yrs old & autistic, so the simplest outings for n most people are quite the challenge for us but more so on the public, the people that don't understand us, judge us & make us feel unwanted most places because not only are we a little loud 99% of every "good" day we have on outings... there are also some of our "bad" days that make people upset, frustrated & even intolerable of our presence almost everywhere.........but not there, not today!!!! Everyone was awesome today with all the smiles & acceptance.... Mr. Lopez was the icing on the cake, making this the most mind-blowing, painless & most enjoyable outing, all around our best experience we've had anywhere in public EVER!!!! I appreciate each & everyone of the people at AT&T for making this a great day & experience for us & extra special thanks to Jorge for making everything so simple, worry free as well as easy on the pocketbook & for the the genuine satisfaction & happiness I felt when we left today!!!!!
