I came to this store to open a new account with them and I was a little Scared because I did not know anything about plans and data coming in. Luckily for me I had the best representative EVER his name was Jacob. Jacob was so amazing! His personality was very happy and bright which made me feel more comfortable and he was so patient with me answering all of my questions and explaining all of my different options. You can tell he really cares about his costumers and takes care of them. If anybody needs help make sure to ask for Jacob!!!!
- March 22, 20205 out of 5I choose to come here after bad customer service at the AT&T store in riverside off Limonite. Yes there was a long wait due to the coronavirus situation and I did wait a while since there was quite a few people already being helped inside. However the importance difference at this location was the was constant communication from the staff and manager Paul. While we had to wait outside due to the recent health restrictions of groups of more than 10 people - the staff would come out and apologize for the wait but would provide updates on the wait times. I would also like to add the staff were all busy helping customers but still took the time to look up and acknowledge other customers in a welcoming manner. The associate who helped me was Jessica who answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured on my new phone decisions. She was also training a new associate while taking care of my transition and did a great job of handling both. Jessica was quick to offer the best options and I felt like she went above and beyond in setting up my phone - putting on my protective screen and my case. She even offered her contact info if I should have questions in the future. I really felt thankful to have been helped by her. The manager Paul even came over and offered additional assistance. I was really happy with my experience here. Keep up the good work Fontana team!

- September 28, 20191 out of 5The worst service the representative lie to make sales. They do not answer phone calls. The store manager Paul Pallares should not be a manager he does not know how to problem solve and lies to customers to cover for his staff mistakes.
