Straight to Apple store in the mall across the street and DONE! New phone in less than 10 minutes...advised to go to ATT store for new SIM card (old one not compatible with 12), so this time went to the Porter ranch location for SIM card and didn’t even bother waiting! One person with 5 waiters...nope! Not making that mistake again. So across the plaza to Best Buy and paid out of pocket for what should’ve been a “FREE” SIM card (worth every penny), and finally done.

- December 30, 20201 out of 5Stephanie who works at at&t created the most unsatisfied experience for me. Have me waited for an hour and half just to tell me to go home. I came at 7:45pm and told me to wait 1hr and 30. I waited, and told me I had to come back tomorrow because of CDC guidelines. I understand companies have to follow government orders.. but they should have said..”it’s about an hour and half.. but it’s close to our closing time so might not be able to let you in.” If i would have known that I wouldn’t have stayed and waited. She even had the audacity to lie and say they called.. no where on my phone did I get a phone call. Wasted my time. Wack service.. won’t be returning and won’t tell good things about the store to my friends and family.

We sincerely appreciate you and all our customers! - November 20, 20201 out of 5Worst customer service - Steve who claimed he was the manager could only tell me what he couldn't do and I had to wait because they didn't have enough help. During the time it took to have our heated discussion he could have taken care of my issue but since he couldn't or doesn't have much authority I walked out VERY UNSATISFIED. I have 5 lines with AT&T and am ready to leave after 10 years of NO SERVICE. Lastly he said his job is to walk the store doesn't sounds like he does much except alert people of what they can't do and how long the wait is. And when I arrived they quoted one hour and in talking to him the time was then extended to 1 1/2 hours! I already spent over 6 hours trying to get a new phone and 3 hours because of the mistake this store made last week!! Very incapable employees NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..Too bad they can't email a receipt as promised/and send the correct phone ordered...
