    Alyssa who took my call today was great. I have been very stressed because of ongoing issues with AT&T’s infrastructure problems and have been swearing about AT&T, but Alyssa, a manager at the Fire Mountain storefront location, really helped reduce my annoyance with AT&T as an Internet provider.

    So since 1975, I have decided to end my service with ATT. This store on Vista Way employee John Castro would not help me. So rude.After that I spent 2 months calling wireless tech support. I was told I had a log in issue. They promised to call me back.Never did..
    Also ATT now farms out all wireless support to the Philippines. I can't understand what they are saying. I ask them to please slow down THEY HANG UP ON ME. This happened 3 times.I even called corporate for help. They never responded. 2 weeks ago I purchased the ATT PERSONAL CLOUD for$4.99 a month. I called tech support for help with storage.again the Philippines.The technical advisors told me they never heard of personal cloud and they needed to get back to me.NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.
    HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO COMMUNICATION. ATT probably go out of business because they outsource a very important part.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

    I went in today for a technical issue. A guy walks out of the back and doesn't bother asking "who is next"? He starts helping a couple who walked in about 6 minutes after me which I found to be unprofessional. The rep who does help me while looking into my account was more concerned about up selling me other products. He asked me if I had AT&T TV? Which plan am I on? He ends up giving me the technical support phone number after spending about 2 minutes looking at my phone. Horrible service. Just college kids who need to be retrained on customer service.

    I went in today to upgrade my phone and a guy named Nick helped me. He said I would just have to trade my old iPhone X for the iPhone 12 and get a $700 credit for the new phone. The iPhone X is in perfect condition to trade. Nick said I just had to pay the taxes and pay off the other phone and we would be good to go. So I did all of that and signed whatever paperwork and he gave me the new phone. We put all of my info on the new phone and wrapped up everything and just as I was about to leave he takes my old phone in the back and comes back out and says he can’t offer me the new phone with that discount because he noticed a tiny nic. Mind you he had already looked it over and we signed everything and he charged me everything. I asked to speak to the manager Alyssa and she told me the same thing. I told her that this was unethical and they had reneged on this after we signed everything and I was about to leave. UNBELIEVABLE! Wasted almost two hours and all she could say was they could refund the taxes but I would get a credit on my bill for the payoff. We have been with Att for 20 years with our business and now I ca honestly say I’m done and moving provider. They are unprofessional at this store. I have called Corporate as well. I think they nicked it when he took it in the back and then tried to say it was there. I’ve never had them take the phone to the back and then come back and say that. It was so unprofessional and bizarre.

    I came in with my brother-in-law (retired veteran) to get an iPhone 11 ProMax as a birthday present from my sister since she is stationed overseas. Since she was so far away, she wanted me to surprise him.
    When we got to the store, the staff seemed more interested in talking personally to each other than assisting us when we were finally done backing up his phone. When they decided to help, we later found out that the sales associate sent the ordered phone to the wrong address.
    It’s been weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund. The whole process to correct the store’s mistake is an ordeal in itself. The sad thing is that the whole experience left a bad taste in my brother-in-law’s mouth that he no longer wants the phone and a nice birthday surprise gesture was ruined.
    The incompetence displayed here compels me to say, “Don’t go to this location!” You’ll be without a phone, your money, and good customer service.
    If I could leave it, the rating would be a negative star.
