I’ve been with At&t for more or less 20 years and I purchased 3 PCs. of IPhone 12 Pro max 6 days ago. We (3 cellphone owners)were informed that I can go back in to the store if I have a problem transferring my records/files/ contacts. Upon arrival to the store somebody named Angie was so rude and not even welcoming to us. I tried to explain that I tried mine but it did not transfer everything even I purchased an extra ICloud storage and I asked for her help but she said “we don’t do it here because of the covid, you have to do it at home”. She tried to start processing one of our cellphone for trade in only. She asked my ID and I gave it to her and she touched it. I told her what is the difference of you able to touch my ID and does not want to touch my old iPhone to help me solve my concern? I told her that a lot of my friends and member of my families been to different AT&T store and they have been helped on the same problem I have? The most thing I did not like is she lying and said that I throw my card on her. The manager, Emerson, was not even approachable...does not act like a manager at all, very obvious she is siding her staff.. I told him, I insist for him to watch their camera to see how rude and liar Angie is..... Ivan came and helped us..... Cynthia is also an excellent employee like Ivan. Not to be mean but Angie needs another costumer service orientation so with Emerson. Definitely, I will not be in this store nor recommend this store at all if these staffs will be the one to assist. - October 10, 2020

Substandard customer service from store manager Ivan. I don’t think he is aware that he needs to adhere to store policies. All customers are not out to defraud. Most of us just want what we pay for. I purchased a defective IPhone XR by no fault of my own or the Att store, so I deserved a new replacement.
