    If I could I would have given 0, (zero!!!!!!!!!!) stars.

    Jonathan made me leave the store to go back to my place of residence to gather the necessary documentation to open a Business Account (no payment plan) for an unlimited data plan which is $75 per month. When I got back to the store I had to get my company's CFO on the phone because it was a business account.

    I ended up leaving the store empty handed because he was completely unhelpful and wasn't listening to my requests or requirements at all. He kept suggesting a 10GB or 30GB data plan which I didn't want and was very clear about.

    This was a complete waste of 5 hours of my day!

    Worst experience ever. I ended up going to T-Mobile and their service was much faster and very efficient.

    I'm posting this comment about your store on other customer complaint sites as well.

    Worst Customer Service I have ever had. Came in to do a return and after given false information sales rep Jonathan was unaccommodating and when asked to speak with a manager told that he has to take his lunch and I could come back later, even though I was standing there in person. Clearly his lunch was far too important rather than help a customer.
    Having been a loyal customer for several years, I am stunned at the terrible customer service. What a disappointment AT&T, an absolute disappointment. Both Jonathan and manager should be fired for poorly representing your company.

    Kudos to Alex Lombrozo ATT sales rep I got a new phone, but let me explain what happened. I preordered the new Samsung two weeks ago on the internet, got approved paid for everything, but the next day I got a call they could not verify my identity. So I called to check on the order, but I failed security questions they asked, and therefore, my order was canceled. I got pissed, so I went to the ATT store on Broadway, they could not help with the situation, so I called ATT rep, and they told me that I have to wait till the phone goes on sale. So, I was so disappointed I could not get a free phone. On Friday, 8/21/2020 I went back to ATT store only to ask a question, this time I had a rep name Alex who seemed very knowledgable and I explained to him what happened I was about to walk out the store, so he asks for me ID to check on the issue, sure enough, Alex was the guy I need it. He took charge of the problem, called ATT, ran my credit, he worked on the issue tirelessly for an hour. I could not believe the result I get a new phone walked out of the store. I could not do it without his help. I appreciated his professional work, vast knowledge, and customer support. He knew what to do to fix my problem. Thank you, Alex I am now happily switching from Tmobile. Please, see Alex for your phone needs.

    bad customer service. I have called twice waited 10 miutes the first time waited 34 mins the second time , then went to chat, sent e mails that returned saying they do not answer emails. They have interrupted my internet service 12 times in 3 hours with following.... I filled it out 3 times . I do not pay them to take over my machine every 5 to 15 minutes with their stupid repeated surveys. DO YOU???? ….Dear AT&T Customer, Congratulations!

    This is to report repeated crimes that your company (AT&T) has committed against me. So far, I have been a victim of about ten separate criminal acts. These crimes take the form of repeated bills for AT&T service. However, I do not have any AT&T account. I cancelled my account from my San Diego apartment several months ago. Your behavior in continuing to send me bills, and your behavior of sending me reminders to pay bills, is CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.

    To repeat, your behavior is CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
    In other words, your behavior is CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
    To summarize, each and every employee of AT&T who is directly involved in sending me these bills and "reminders" is hereby an accused criminal. Also, each and every employee at AT&T who is indirectly involved in sending me these bills, and "reminders," is hereby an accused criminal.

    To conclude, it might be reasonable and appropriate to characterize AT&T as a criminal employer, and as a criminal organization, in the same way that the Mafia is a criminal employer. Also, it might be reasonable and appropriate to characterize AT&T as a criminal employer, and as a criminal organization, in the same way that Al Capone's gang is a criminal employer.
