First time I couldn't make appointment, cause of covid 19,I was in courtine,15 days, 2nd time, my brother passed away of covid 19,
And when I went in pay my bill 2 weeks after, she refused to help me and she ignored me and brush me off!!!!!!
Now just because she was A**HOLE w/me, am thinking about transferring my account to another carriers.
Cause way I was treated.
Now I have to figure way, pay my bills without confronting this snobby employee.
I really hope she didn't do that, just for commission or extra money.....

That process was quick and easy and handled perfectly in terms of social distancing. Our technician, Kevin, then went above and beyond because once we got there my son realized he wanted a different colored iPhone. Kevin was so accommodating and went ahead and processed the return of the original phone and exchanged it for the color my son wanted. It ended up be more work than we thought it would be and we are so appreciative of Kevin's patience and excellent service.
