- January 12, 20215 out of 5Mainly, I want to say that I've had my new Iphone and At&t service overall for about two weeks now and I couldn't be happier with my service so far. The best part of my experience so far, really, was going to the retail store and getting everything started.
Killed a bit of time next door before my appointment shopping at target . Once I finally got myself inside, everything was great. Parking was easy, and I was immediately greeted by a charming women who put me on their waiting list. It only took about five minutes for me to be assisted by my sales person, Martina Espinoza. Plain and simple, Martina is an amazing retail professional. Finally, somebody who really listens and cares! I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Although I didn't research what I wanted before, Martina was so patient and made sure that I got what I needed. She explained the nuances of each plan and the pros and cons of my new IPhone after asking me questions about myself and making sure it was the best fit for my needs. Once we got the process started, switching my number from Verizon was so painless and took maybe twenty minutes. - November 13, 20201 out of 5The manager Josh is rude. One of the employees told me to come and he would help me. This Josh person refused to let him. I was here almost two hours over the weekend and the friendly employee told me to let him know when I’d be in. I did that. Yet Josh refused to let him help me. I stood outside in the cold for way too long to get help with my new phone. I’m a first responder, and I will never come back to this location.
