I went in to ATT a little frustrated with my phone. Kayla was a HUGE help! She went above and beyond to change my attitude. Not only was she kind and patient and answered all of my questions with a smile, she was able to help me more than I thought! I left with a brand new phone and spent hundreds less than I planned. Followed direction and problem unresolved.2nd visit - Problem investigated and given specific direction for resolution.3rd visit - Exceptional customer service provided by an associate named Kayla. Completely satisfied with AT&T solutions provided. Would have been 5 stars without the poorly fumbled 1st visit. AT&T needs every associate to be a trained ambassador.
