    I have been an Att customer for over 25 years, this was by far the worst customer service by the Manager Mr. Deon Malary. I bought my wife the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G from Natalia at the ATT location at 530 N Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. Natalia was very nice, they did not have the color in stock so she had the phone delivered. Upon the arrival of the phone, Natalia was very helpful in moving all the info from the old phone to the new one. We noticed a white spot on the screen. We return to the store and were greeted by Mr. Deon Marlary we explained the issue to him, he did verify and visually saw the defect. He then stated that he did to verify how to do the return. Mr. Malary never asks for our names or an account number/phone number. Mr. Malary went onto the back and disappeared for well over 40 min. We ask one of the other salespeople where he was he came back to inform us that Mr. Malary was in a meeting and could be a while. Mr. Malary came out he told us that his meeting with his boss Stephanie Biggers was more important than us or any customer and if he did not take the call she would fire him. He wasted our time the so-called manager did not to give us the time of day. He had no resolve to the issue nor did he want to give any information on his boss. This young man has no place in management or customer services. I would not waste my time with this location or ATT, you have choices.

    I have been a customer of ATT for the last 25years. Today was by far the worst customer service from the Manager Deon Malary. I purchased a Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G from Natalia ( very nice) she moved all of my wife's info from her old phone to the new one. Once home we noticed a white spot on the screen, We arrived at the ATT store located at 530 N Federal Highway. Mr. Malary greeted us, we explained the issue to him, he did confirm the issue then without taking our name or number, he stated that he needed to check on how to do the return. After more than 40 min, we ask one of the other sales staff where Mr. Malary was the team member who came back to inform us that he was in a meeting. Once Mr. Malary did come out he stated that his meeting with his boss Stephanie Biggers was more important then us or any customer and if he did not take the call she would fire him. He did not revolve the problem. nor did he offer any kind of assistance to help. This young man has no place in management or customer service. I have now been on the phone with ATT for more than 2 hours trying to resolve this issue. This will be the end of a very long customer for ATT.

    The store Manager was extremely helpful when we first arrived then introduced us to Ahmed who took excellent care in resolving multiple issues with establishing a new AT&T account. He went above and beyond in helping me and had excellent customer related skills. The Store Manager came by several times to make sure we were satisfied with our service, which we were.

    Overall, my fiance and I had a terrible experience at this store. We went into this store today because he's thinking about upgrading his phone. G is the AT&T team member who worked with us and he is by far the rudest AT&T team member that I have ever dealt with (btw...I've been a loyal AT&T customer since 2001). He had a terrible attitude, was very unpleasant and completely unprofessional. He gave quick sarcastic answers to my fiance's basic questions about the process to upgrade his phone. Overall, his energy towards us from the beginning was just negative. I'm not sure if G was having a bad day or if he is overall just a negative person. Regardless, and I know from personal experience, in a customer service role, attitude is everything. From the moment we walked into the store, G's attitude was that he did not want to help us and did not want our business. Well...today is his lucky day because we will not be going back to this store again.
