If that is the case then why is this store with not four representative sitting down playing on their phone. A waste of payroll. AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 TIMES AND WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM BECAUSE MY BILL HAD ALREADY GENERATED AND IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I DONT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY HOW AND HOW MUCH TRAINING BUT THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOMEONE ELSE MISTAKE. AND ON TOP OF THAT MY PLAN IS INCREASING BY $35.00 SO NOW IM PAYING AND EXTRA $65.00 A MONTH FOR A WATCH . THE SALES REP NEVER TOLD ME MY PAY WAS GOING TO CHANGE. ATT IS FULL OF U KNOW WHAT. I AM REALLY CONSIDERING TAKING MY BUSINESS TO VERIZON. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE 2014 AND UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
