If I could give 0 stars I would. Originally gave 5 stars because I THOUGHT Angelo and KC were being helpful. Really they were just trying to secure a sale. Was told the day my order was placed that my phone was shipped out and would take only 1-2 days. 3 days later I call again to let them know what they told me was incorrect and Angelo argued with me because I had to call corporate number and find out my phone hadn’t even been shipped yet! Tried to rectify the situation by offering me everything BUT my phone. - June 3, 20205 out of 5Angelo and KC helped me with all my needs as quickly as they possibly could! Already heard great reviews about AT&T but they definitely proved them to be true!
