Since my phone needed a simple SIM card replacement I thought I could handle this problem. initially the manager was cordial and introduced me to a clerk who was to assist me. The manager left and the clerk quickly found a way to make service at the store miserable. He stated I needed to be added to the account in order to receive service and that would require my wife's presence. Due to distance I asked if there might be an alternative. he said she would have to call AT&T 611 and get me listed. Understand that I have my phone in my hand with my name on the ID and had provided my license to verify. !/2 hour later my wife had called the store to verify their request was completed. The clerks do not answer the phone calls. 45 minutes later the clerk came over and asked if AT&T had listed me. I informed him they had (my wife had texted me) and let him know she tried to call him to confirm. He stated they do not answer the phones (but this is AT&T?). He said I would have to bring my wife to their store and he would not be able to assist me at that time. 2 hours for a simple service and the simpletons left in charge had no intention of assisting me. - October 3, 20191 out of 5Went in last Sat to get DSL. We can only get dsl in Mims. Store mgr helped me. He said he could not finish transaction during hour we were there and he would call me with install date. Today is Thursday. No call yet.
