Tried to go back and return it and they want to charge me a $55 return fee on a phone that I can’t use. Then proceeds to tell me I can use it on a MacBook. Well the MacBook I use has a different adaptive than the charger adapter. Staff was absolutely NO help whatsoever. - September 27, 20191 out of 5No greeting, no acknowledgement, no concern, no service, no customer... stood there for 15 or 20 minutes, not one person even acknowledged I was there. Appeared that there were two sales persons but they did not say a word. Before I left, asked how long it might be and got a rude replay that it could be 15 minutes or could be 30, they did not know.
