Not helpful and didn't seem interested in trying to help us with our new phone set up - November 4, 2021

You have a rude Mgr at this location.I was seeking help from an employee regarding not getting my emails. She asked the employee to stop helping me and help another customer.there were 3 more att employees in the store that were helping customers before I walked in. Yet she signaled the employee helping me.The employees started helping the new customer and I sat there patiently waiting until all the other new walkin customers got waited on. The Mgr came and told the employee she would help me, but she didn't help me. She asked me to leave because she had lots of customers just walking in. I was not creating any problems,only sitting and waiting for all customers that walked in after me to get waited on. But for her to ask me to leave for no reason was rude . I am over 70 years old and to be talked down to like that in front of all other customers was uncalled for. I started to tell Mgr how rude she was and tell her a few more things but then I thought she may retaliate against the employee that was helping me and I did not want that employee get into trouble on my behalf.
I am not a violent person because that is not my character, but for her to embarrass me like she did was out of line.if you look up my account, I been having att way back when you were ma bell, cinular and other phone companies. Mgrs need classes in customer relations, how to talk and etc. I am a retired federal employee and I to was once a Mgr but I never tried to talk down on anyone . She should talk to people and treat people like she want to be treated. And if she lives long enough like I have, she will realize all older people are not technology savy with so many changes. Unless that old person has no other life but stay on a cell phone like the younger generations do. - June 28, 2021

Toni is absolutely a professional. I was having some personal issues and unfortunately I took them out on her because I didn’t understand what she needed from me. Once I calmed down, I realized what a jerk I had been. She apologized to me but I was the one at fault. She was very professional and understanding. She was very helpful and sweet.
