During our three visits to work on 4 phones, we never had to wait more then a few minutes. He made everything we needed to do sound simple. He was very easy to talk with. He asked all the right questions to make sure he could suggest solutions to exactly what we needed. He made my whole family feel at ease while we waited for him to set all the phones up exactly the way we needed them. He is the whole reason I returned to this specific store to get help with our purchase.
- January 10, 20195 out of 5My daughter needed a new phone, but was hesitant to go into the store because of a previous bad experience when a previous phone had broken & the associate, thinking that she was being helpful, instead made my daughter feel pressured to get a more expensive phone than we could afford at that time requiring me to pitch in. The phone we got that time, which was slightly above our budget, had bugs and was difficult to use and was stolen, but couldn’t be tracked—possibly because it was so hard to charge! The people who helped us this time were very helpful & very efficient. We were in and out with a happy teenager who was able to pay for her phone herself, plus a case and screen protector. .
