4.0- July 13, 20193The website and the store door says hours open at 9 AM. I arrived at 9:55 AM and the door was locked. I waited in the parking lot and an employee showed up at 10:05. As he walked towards the door I asked him if he worked here and he said yes is it not open. I said no. He unlocked the door and told me to give him a few minutes and to wait outside. While waiting, a couple pulled up who had been there at 9:30 and the doors were locked. Someone else was also waiting in their car for them to open. I ended up leaving.
