I was not helpful at all as I had not backed anything up (didn't know how), didn't know my Apple ID or anything else the young lady asked me. I did not get her name, but she was the only young blonde lady working at the time. She was so patient and helpful even with me being little to no help. I thank her again very much.

This was my first time at att from being a Verizon customer for years and I was not impressed. We went across the street to sams club and the guy there was extremely nice and was more than willing to help.

Salesman was so busy trying to build repore with me and sign me up for ATT TV he missed the fact that I needed and wanted a new phone. Even after I told him I did not choose or control what service I used he still kept pitching AT&T. I was in a bad mood because the SIM card in the phone I purchased was defective but she took care of the problem immediately. She even had me laughing by the time I left.
