and I got Tray, I asked for the Store Manager who wasn’t at the Store!
Then Tray informed me that the person that sold me
my phone was named Mc Kinsey so I asked for her. I was put on hold for 20-minutes and when I called back for assistance I kept being sent to A Voicemail Recorder! This was absolutely UNCALLED FOR. All I wanted to ask her was that when Matt looked at my AT&T Account, Matt Said That My Military Discount had been APPLIED. So why am I being asked AGAIN for VERIFICATION. All I HAD was a Question and I Try To Be NICE TO THESE People despite me Letting People know exactly how Veterans Get Treated At This Store! Manager checked me in, went to back room and never showed his face again?
