- October 13, 20201 out of 5Terrible customer service, i am currently having issues with my replacement device and I asked the AT&T representative at the Greenbelt md location store #7491 with assistance. The representative could not figure out the problem so she brushed me off and said to contact the company myself. I asked can she contact them and she said no you can do it yourself. I said why if I’m a requesting your professional service and guidance. The representative response was because their is no point because they are going to speak to you anyways. My response was “why does that matter, I never had that issue with Verizon Wireless and they never brushed me off”. Also to be clear the only reason why I came to AT&T was to give it a try and because they had a good deal at that particular time. This is not acceptable and if I inquire horrible customer service from any AT&T sales representative again or anyone in your agency I will report and discontinue my service. This does not make me feel proud to be a member and I wouldn’t dare recommend anyone else to experience what I have. Last thing why doesn’t you store have any accessories available for your customers older devices. I currently have a Galaxy S9 and a IPhone 10xr and they did not have anything to protect my replacement device. Only for iPhone.

Nivea helped me and took her time to go above what I expected and made sure I left the store with a device that was set up and ready to use. The manager, Bryan followed up with me too.
