Nathan took it upon himself to 1st change my password to my account and order Uverse. I went to the store in 2/21 after someone came to my home to install Uverse to speak with Nathan who is the forefront of this mess. Nathan denied making any changes to my account, which he was LYING! I’m being charged for services I haven’t received! I will be leaving AT&T! Nathan can use more training. I spoke to the manager, Zorina, today about wrong information I got at the store the last time I was there. She argued with me, questioned how I knew the information was wrong, interrupted me , used an accusatory tone that threw me off as if I didn’t know how to use the phone and was as arrogant and dismissive as I’ve ever seen. I want to cancel all my business.
