Inquired about the possibly of upgrading a phone and asked if we can get anything for trading the phone, she answered no rudely because it’s cracked which I understood. Followed by the next question, what are the options to upgrade the iPhoneX and again she said you can’t get any money for the phone (first of all, learn to listen to the customers question first, Carmen!) She didn’t bother to go into our account to see the options available, everything was no in a non-friendly manner! I worked for AT&T many years ago and I know great customer service is top priority! I NEVER write reviews but her customer service skills were absolutely unacceptable! I have been customer for AT&T for the past 16 years and I have never experienced customer service like the one received today! Do better AT&T of Willowbrook mall and train your employee to be courteous and helpful to customers!
