    My phone said SIM card not installed so I brought my phone here for help. Since the SIM card was working I was told they can't do anything if the tray is broken. But no one checked if this was the case. The worker it told me to go to an Apple Store. Which would be fine if they at least TRIED to find out what was wrong. He did not. I had never opened the "tray" in all seven years I've had my phone. So perhaps I hadn't out it back correctly when I checked the SIM card. He repeatedly told me they could do nothing if of the tray was broken.
    AT&T, why did your worker not even try to check if the tray was properly installed? Your worker didn't even bother to look at my phone.

    I put one Star because it won't let me do less.

    My SIM tray was closed properly today and not by my phone carrier AT&T.

    Waited over an hour and 15 minutes to get a SIM card and still didn't get it because I had a meeting I had to attend to. Other people I knew at the store waited from 4:45 to 7:30 to get done. I had to leave. 6 more people in line still in front of me, not enough help in store and no real organization for dedicating personnel to specific tasks. I watched multiple other people (10+) get up and walk out also. I watched some people not even check in and instead leave the store. They need a system whereby they separate customers based on what they came in for so they can get small item customers out the door and on their way. People wanting to discuss contracts or talk all day need to be put in a dedicated line and have those people wait, not everyone even small item customers. One lady wanted to just pick up her phone, instead they made her get in line as #13 in line. Instead of dedicating tasks, multiple customers spend way too much time discussing contracts and issues with all the sales people and hold up the process. Sales people also stop and talk to everyone coming in and run around checking them in also interrupting the process and their dealings with existing customers as well. They need a kiosk that is dedicated for letting customers check themselves in. Will never come back at night again. Only early mornings are best.

    It went very well. I explained my reason for the visit. Which was replacing the Sim Card for my phone. It was recommended by a Tech from the TechPro App. I had trouble sending texts to 4 or 5 digit #’s. The Rep, (I forgot her name), explained to me that because of the area where I live, it may still not work, because at times, with signal coming & going, and the reception not being good all the time, switching to the Sim Card may not work. But ok, we will change it out with a new one and see how it works. So, she changed it out. ;o)
