I been with ATT for 7years. And today I was disappointed. I went to do an upgrade for 2 lines. And they had the phone in stock. But the Rep in the store told me the only way I get the phone today. Is if I added a new line to my account. If not, then they would have to order me a phone. And not be able to give me the phones on The spot. I think that is some Bull$h!t. Hi. I walked into the store the afternoon of Wednesday, 03/31, to select and purchase an iPhone12. I did not have an appointment. I came into the store and found the iPhone displays. Two models were missing from the display, with empty stands. I walked around the store for about five minutes. There were (4) sales people on the floor, and (3) were seated with other customers. No one looked at me, greeted me, spoke to me, asked me if I needed help, or suggested that I make an appointment and return. I was ready to spend $1,200 on a phone that minute and didn't. Instead I ordered a phone online from Apple. Have always had good service with AT&T staff over the phone. And I purchased my last phone from an AT&T store.
