This has still been an ongoing process and I’m wondering if or when this will change. It seems that no one at AT&T can resolve this problem and the store can only do so much even though my phone came from this store. Like what is going on? Now, I’m stuck paying for two phones. Please be very careful and know exactly what you are getting into before buying a phone from this store. Go to Easton Polaris or any other store because this store is a retail store compared to a corporate store with no power whatsoever. I can’t even get my money back or some type of credit to help assist me with what I am stuck paying for an a plan so that the guy, named Christian, can get credited twice on a sale instead of once. Like, is he even in trouble? Next move is contacting the Better Business Bureau. - February 18, 2022

Good afternoon! I recently came to the store with a prepaid phone that was quite old, so I thought it would be time to upgrade. Well, I looked at another phone, talked to a representative, and asked if I could keep the same number if I bought another phone. I bought the phone and he talked me into getting on a plan that sounded really good. Long story short, he put both phones on one line and now I have one line getting billed with two phones. I have been trying to get this fixed from AT&T in general as well as the store and I seem to be the only one following up on this. Not only am I the only one following up on this, but it also seems the person who sold me the phone was only at the store while some were out on COVID and he did not exactly know what he was doing. Other managers are no longer present at the store so I do not know what is going on, but I would like some type of explanation or help. I did not know going from prepaid to a plan would be such a hassle. Is this common?
