Lady just walked up to us after a few minutes and stared at us after awkward minutes I started explaining my issue and before I could even get out the entire story she cut me off with "there's nothing I can do for.you here, call customer service" I wanted her to look at my account, explain a couple things and assure me with the issue I wouldn't be shut off because of the mistake but I couldn't even get that far with her before she knew "she couldn't help me" at all. I tried to tell her I've been on the phone all morning with customer service and haven't got through so decided to drive across town to the store (because I've always had wonderful experiences at this location) so anyway maybe just allow the customer to get out the full issue/question before you jump to "I can't help you" and she wasn't very welcoming or friendly like I've experienced at this store in past visits.Response from AT&TOctober 13, 2020Hello Megan h.
