    Terrible. I went into the store to set up my FirstNet account for law enforcement. I was told it would be a while before I could be helped. No big deal. After about an hour or so, employees told me I could wait inside the store until a representative was done. The manager, Jeff, then walked up to me and told me to leave the store and wait in my car. Even after 4 of his employees told me I could wait in the store. All in all I waited almost two hours to be helped by a rude manager. Employee Preston was great and super helpful though!

    The manager Donnie at this location is rude! Unwilling to help the customers. He is a horrible human! I have been to this location several times in the past. I bought the new iPhone from this location. But due to his inability to be a decent person they just lost my business. I’m thinking about going to a different provider. I have been with at& my for over 20 years.

    Had an appointment at 6:30pm. Checked in waited in vehicle till 6:50pm. Upon walking in a walk up lady ask the guy if she has to have an appointment so I stand there another 8mins while they check her in. Young kid & Donnie the Manager. I find out they don’t have any iPhone 12 pros in stock I ask the kid does my plan go up getting 5G from the 11pro. (A simple question) He says well I have to scan your license. I say ok. Than the kids scanner breaks. He leaves goes to the back of the store employee area. I stand their another 10+ mins. Finally I’m like I’m not waisting my time while other workers stand around with their hand in their pockets. I walk out I come across Donnie the Manager telling him the issues & that he or the store shouldn’t waist peoples time. He than defends his equipment failure & tells me to go AT&T doesn’t need me as a customer. Biggest shopping day of the year Black Friday. Calls me an idiot, several others names I’m not gonna write & that if I have anything to say to say it to his face. Escalating the situation not de-escalating. Am I the customer?

    Visited your facility a couple of days ago to renew our two prepaid phones. Eric D took care of this, at curbside, and did a great joy. Appreciate the curbside for old 89 & 90 year olds like us.
