When I came in for my appointment to find out information about trading my iphone in no one approached me right away, until Eric did. Eric did not introduce himself and started taking my screen protector off without asking me or letting me know. When I told him I was just looking at options and asked why he took the screen protector off, he became very irritated when explaining himself. When he asked me to unlock my phone, I did and asked him if i needed to go to settings he just starred at me and begin looking through the phone himself. We did not end up trading in my iphone, I was ready to get out of the store. Overall my experience was horrible, Eric had very poor customer service and made it clear that he did not want to be working. I will make sure not to have Eric help me if I end up going back to AT&T. Terrible. I went into the store to set up my FirstNet account for law enforcement. I was told it would be a while before I could be helped. No big deal. After about an hour or so, employees told me I could wait inside the store until a representative was done. The manager, Jeff, then walked up to me and told me to leave the store and wait in my car. Even after 4 of his employees told me I could wait in the store. All in all I waited almost two hours to be helped by a rude manager. The manager Donnie at this location is rude! Unwilling to help the customers. He is a horrible human! I have been to this location several times in the past. I bought the new iPhone from this location. But due to his inability to be a decent person they just lost my business. I’m thinking about going to a different provider.
