- January 29, 20211 out of 5When I bought my phone a year ago I bought a screen protector. The sales person said if it was damaged in any way I could come back and replace it for free.
The screen saver is cracked and I went to replace it. They had none in stock and they couldn't even order it. They suggested I go to another store to see if they had any. That's not customer service to have the customer drive all over to find what they need.
If you can't stand behind your product how can you expect to have return customers or referrals.

Upon further discussion where Zero help or solutions were given I left. They screwed my son and left me with an additional $125. Per month on my BILL. I am disgusted with your service and company
