- September 4, 20201 out of 5I got my cell phone service set up on Sat Aug 30th and requested international service. Was told before I left the store it was done. I went to Mexico the following Tuesday for a business trip and the cell phone did not work. I made 5 calls to ATT and was finally told the international service was not set up. I have been a customer for less that a week and I'm about ready to find new cell service with someone else.
