    Awful! Only two employees with 2 customers in the store. We waited 45 minutes while one employee is holding on speaker (with AT&T!) and the other is watching a couple shop for an iPad. They knew we were waiting and never one asked us what brought us in. We waited patiently and when it’s our turn we were finally asked what brings us in. The response ...” oh man you have to do that online anyway “. It would’ve taken one minute for them to acknowledge us while they were waiting on hold/ watching people shop. No apology...just “you could see we were busy”. Just terrible.

    Went in to upgrade 3 phones. Updated my plan and added protection plans. A $4,000 charge mistakenly appeared on my credit card bill from the store and no one can help until I go back in.
    I absolutely appreciate that I was taken care of in the end. The store manager was able to help and contacted me several times to assure that the charges were reversed. The follow through was excellent and will return as a customer.

    I went into the store under false pretenses and left comforted in my plan. I was told I would be getting a deal without being told the entire guidelines in order to receive that deal. Chris at the Southlake store was extremely helpful and patient with me while I was frustrated at something that wasn't his fault. I appreciate his kindness and hardworking to help me find the best plan for me. I went in frustrated and confused and left content and wise.
