They have 3 people sitting in the back messing around while there's a line of people! It's ridiculous! I was next in line & the guy said he had to go to lunch so I had to wait longer then when I was helped the guy that helped me was rude treated me like I was stupid! He huffed & puffed every time I asked a question!
- November 23, 20201 out of 5Terrible customer service, they dont follow up on orders, they dont notify you when there are errors or delays on your account. We signed up as new customers coming from Verizon and ordered the new Iphone12 pro max. We were Super excited to get started and to get our phones only to be met with a massive disappointment. We were told we would get our phones the following week and 1.5 weeks later nothing and no communication on the status of our order. We called in to find out whats up and they said there was an error with our pin to port numbers from att to Verizon. I asked why no one notified us and why this wasnt caught the day we were in the store and they said "we should have been" but in fact we weren't. Then they told us they could not help us at the store gave us a number to call and more or less said good luck. They took no responsibility for their failure and even acted irritated that we where there. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
