    Horrible. I signed up for First Net (First Responders) about 16 months ago. This store ended up signing me up for 2 different accounts that took countless hours and calls to correct. Then I figure out that they have put me in some quasi-purgatory for a year but not within First Net. Several trips back to store and calls to AT&T because the store had to change something that AT&T couldn't. The store made up by suckering me into a watch that I never wear and they told me I had to return it in the first week. I left out of state for a couple of weeks right after I got it. NOW that I'm actually First Net my account is two that don't talk to each other.......5 calls and they couldn't figure it out. You have to verify the number on the account. My paper bill has a different account number than my log in from my phone........ now to call AT&T Extra Care tomorrow because they can't do anything about it tonite. So two times this store has signed me up for two different accounts........

    I needed to do a curbside pickup for a new phone and purchase a couple accessories. Daphne helped me with my order and everything was seamless. My phone was activated, and she helped me with the new screen protector. She informed me on their accessory specials and I was able to purchase a couple new gadgets. There is a sizeable difference between a corporate store like this and a smaller store. Daphne was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I recommend this location to other AT&T subscribers.

    I purchased an iPhone from the 12 series from a sales rep named Justin Caballero at the Richland, WA AT&T store next to WinCo. He blatantly lied to me saying I could not pay for the phone in one full up front payment, claiming it was against store policy. He also added on additional fees to my contract without my authorization.

    This is unacceptable behavior and a poor display of ethics and morals. It is especially disappointing that someone would do this in such a time during a global pandemic.

    We have since contacted the main AT&T office and they graciously fixed everything, and informed us that this was not according to their company policy. We greatly appreciate them taking the time to help us.

    It is unfortunate since my family and I have always purchased our iPhones here in the past, but that will likely no longer happen. There is no real benefit in purchasing an iPhone here anymore, unless you want the phone the same day, since they even have you do the data transfer from your old phone to new phone at home now. If that’s the case, I’d rather purchase an iPhone from the online Apple store directly. That way there’s not really an opportunity for someone to try and take advantage of me like this again.

    Yesterday (01/14/2021) evening my husband and I went to this location to see if we can add a line. The store manager deserted her customer while playing on her device, and didn’t display her name tag when request by the customer. Brenda and her crew were huddling at one table playing on their cellphones. A junior member came over to help us, but she doesn’t know very much. We asked her a question, she went to the table where Brenda was, got the answer and came back to our table, and then we have another question, she went back to Brenda’s table, this went on for a while, and eventually, Brenda came over to our table. And the crowd that were with Brenda all moved away from the the table Brenda was. At that point we realized that Breda and her crew were just simply playing on their devices.

    We asked for a quote and the junior service person said that they can only give us quote before tax, so we asked for the tax , Brenda said that at t doesn’t give out quote with tax, because each month the tax is different. I told her the tax can be calculated from the past statement, and apparently she doesn’t know how to figure out the taxes from past statement. She was rude and I want to get her name but I saw her name tag was covered by the strap of the bag she was carrying, so I asked her to show her name tag and she refused until I call the at t number, this is how I got her name. I have requested multiple times to see her name tag, she just bluntly refused.

    Deserting customer to play on her device set a bad example for her crew and I do t know how she can lead a crew. Lack of the ability to estimate tax for the service the store was quoting shows her lack of knowledge, refusing to show her name tag clearly demonstrated she didn’t want to comply what her employer asks her to do. I went there is because if we are going to shopping in Winco next door. By all means with this kind of behavior of a manager I would avoid going this store or maybe change a cellphone provider, so that I don’t have to deal with this kind of customers service.
