- March 6, 20201 out of 5I pre-ordered 4 phones, porting numbers from ATT. I am expecting the phones to ship on Thursday, arriving Friday. Come Friday, no phones. ATT never bothered to ship the phones because there was a problem with the port. ATT wasn't proactive, in fact the store staff assured me that everything was in order. You had one chance to earn my business, you blew it big time. Cancelling required 3 separate phone calls.
- January 24, 20204 out of 5Decided to switch from US Cellular to At&T. Extremely pleased with our rep Timothy Dorsey. He walked us through everything and answered all our questions. Loaded our new phones with photos and contacts from old phones and even installed the screen protectors for us. Only reason I didn't award 5 stars is that the phone my wife wanted wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. Otherwise the switch over went flawlessly.
