How to view your bill online but pay through the mail

Yes, to view your summary bill online (account balance, due date, online payment history), you may sign in to your account using myAT&T for Business.

For access to advanced features, you must register for myAT&T for Business to set up a User ID and Password. With that User ID and Password, you may:
  • View your account balance, detailed bill, due date, and online payment history.
  • Pay your bill online using your credit/debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or using your checking or savings account. You may also store these payment methods for easy future payments.
  • Continue to receive your paper bill and pay through the mail.

When registering your User ID and Password, do not select Stop your paper bills if you intend on paying your bills by mailing in your payment or in person. You need your paper bill to pay through the mail or at authorized payment locations.

You may also view your current bill online and pay automatically. For more information, refer to the related questions
