Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service. Did not like the feel of the case so followed return instructions that said take back to an AT&T store or call for a label. When I went store they refused to return the case despite showing them it said I could. So I called to get a return label and they said I had to take it back to the ATT store. It took a lot of complaining and time to finally get someone to issue a return level. I spent several hours to return a case that should have take. 10 minutes. Very poor serVe más
