Bought it a week ago
I bought this a week ago and it already stopped working. I never write reviews just because I feel like I waste my time, but if it stops anyone from buying this I’ll feel a bit better about wasting my time.

Stopped working quickly

It worked great for about two weeks and then I woke up one day to see it was flashing red instead of blue and it hasn’t stopped flashing red even if nothing is on it and it won’t charge my device. I really liked it at first too so it’s a bummer that it stopped working so quickly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I would love it if this actually worked

I love the idea of this, but can't seem to make it work-- while the charger glows red when my phone is on it and out of position, it doesn't glow blue no matter how I position my phone.
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: Hi @Duck1, First thing first, there are sweet spots on the charging pads. You may need to adjust it slightly. Also, make the outlet has power. You may need to test other devices or move the charging pad. ChrisZ, AT&T Community Specialist3 years agoHelpful?
