Great Device!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were my favorite headphones hands down!! I really wish LG would bring them back new and improved (or send me a pair of the old ones 😁). They were very comfortable, functional and easy to clean. I have difficulty finding earbud headphones that fit my ears and these fit very well. Not an upgrade
In bought the 1st pair in Dec 19, had to return because they would cut out if I moved my head the wrong way after 3 days. Second pair did the same ... must be a design flaw since I have owned LG Tones for years and never had this problem..now not more than 5 month people can not understand me when on a call, they complain the it sounds like I am under water! And all I hear is own echo! It's so frustrating.. I used to love LG Tone bluetooth, I bought an older model today in Hope's of having that Ve más

Great Device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were my favorite headphones hands down!! I really wish LG would bring them back new and improved (or send me a pair of the old ones 😁). They were very comfortable, functional and easy to clean. I have difficulty finding earbud headphones that fit my ears and these fit very well. I liked them hanging around my neck because I wasn’t worried about losing an earbud., plus they were retractable so I didn’t have to leave them dangling. The speaker function was probably my favorite feature because I don’t like to consistently have an earbud in my ear. This allowed me to be hands free on speakerphone without having my phone out. Although they were very durable, my set eventually died and I was so sad to find out that this model had been discontinued and I couldn’t replace them. Great product!! Bring them back!!

Left ear stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my previous set of LG headphones, 750s i think, the wire connecting the ear bud came loose, whet quite then out. I opened the ear bud to the 750 and confirmed it was the wire, the wire was only restrained by friction, no knot in the wire nor glue adhering to the shell. I suspect the 835s is done the same way and the pulling and retracting it what caused it to fail. Once I get a new pair, looking at the 510, I'll open the 835s ear bud to confirm. I'll try to remember to edit with a picture if I remember.
The 835s failed quicker than 750 and I believe it was due to the retractable ear bud, avoiding.
Funny story: my old pair didn't have the retractable wire and it faded out so slowly I thought I was having a hearing problem. Just to get a new pair, the 835s, and learn it was the wire coming loose.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great but very fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this for me and I have been using it for 8 months. it is very good but now I'm having issues with the left earbud having a much quieter sound than the right. It is frustrating. I have had other earphones that lasted years before even merely getting weaker in one side. Hope it can be fixed.

Q: 43uk6300pue I have bad hearing; wife hears fine. I have bluetooth headphones play well with TV but TV speakers cut off when bluetooth audio is connected and then only one of us can see and HEAR at same time. We've listened together 4 33yrs No more?
