Q: If I activate a $35 prepaid card when I already have more than 60 days service installed in my phone, will the 90 day service be added to the days I already have on my phone service. Will adding prepaid cards early add time to the remaining time?

1 Answer
A: Hi Handy Man2,
When you add any amount to your line, whether it be through prepaid cards or online, it will extend the active days starting on the day you added. It does not accumulate. So if you had the $35 prepaid card today, your prepaid line will be good for 90 days until you add more funds to the line.

A: Hi Chrissssy,
Prepaid and refill actually work the same. You can add funds by logging into the account. To login, you just type in the number and password at https://www.paygonline.com/websc/logon.html. If you aren't sure of the password, just use the reset password option. Also, if your son is not attached to that number, you can always sign up for a new prepaid service once you use all the minutes on your current plan.

Q: I want a phone to use only rarely; thus, the less expensive, the better. I might use 10 minutes every 6 months. I just want peace of mind when out driving. Nothing more. No internet, nada. Just very good coverage, long battery life, & an inexpensive plan.

A: Hi @Jeffbert,
A Prepaid plan is an option. If you wish to keep the same number, I'd recommend using the plans listed here: https://www.att.com/prepaid/plans.html. You will also see a current deal for $25 a month.
