Didn’t work, invited me to buy a new one

Installation was complex and failed, leaving an air bubble. The company indicated that a buyer could get a replacement sent and that they’d “make it right” but that apparently meant charging a customer just about the price of a new one, which was worthless. Buy a different product.

IT IS NOT PROTECTIVE
Cracked already and just purchased on Apr. 2nd… Very disappointed in the product. Called AT&T, hoping that I would get resolution, used the chat bot and eventually got to a representative. I was told that I could go to AT&T store in my area; was given links and went to a store and was told that I’m unable to do what I was told. After waiting in the store to receive my new screen protector, the sales associate was not able to process the transaction and called their manager. The manager said, “no, we don’t do this anymore… contact the company that sells the actual screen protector.” Ummm AT&T sold this to me! The sales associate said to scan the QR code on the box to file a claim with BodyGuardz. I realize that I would have to pay $15 for it after being told that it would be zero dollars by AT&T chat representative. Again, very disappointed with AT&T. Is it really worth it?
