Does The Job!
I Bought (2) Filip 2 Watches. One In The Color Of Watermelon Red The Other Is Super Hero Blue. I Bought Them Both In Fairfield CA 1350 Travis Blvd, Fairfield, CA 94533. Danielle & Daniel Both Assisted In The Buying/Setting Up Process. I Honestly Don't Think I Have Ever Had Such An Amazing Experience Like This Before. My Family & I Were Shopping In The Mall When We Agreed To Buy The Watches For Our 6 Year Old Daughter And 11 Year Old Special Needs Son. They Did Not Have The Watches In Stock But OVe más

Didn't even last a month
I bought the FiLIP 2 for my 7-year-old son and we were mostly happy with it for the first few weeks. Functionally, it is a good watch and performed as advertised. However, the watch face is made of glass, and one day my son came home with a large crack in the face. The watch was still functional, so I wasn't too concerned. However, about 2 weeks later, the watch would no longer charge. I called customer service and they said the cracked watch face was the reason it wouldn't charge. This maVe más

More headache than help

I have a love/ hate with this thing. we are on our second one, the first one just stopped working and wouldn't charge. it constantly disconnects from the network, sends incorrect updates of my child leaving/entering home. the battery life is horrible

Broken screen in first hour of wear!

Without exaggeration, my son broke the screen of his watch in his first hour wearing the Filip. The App was useful...good Idea. I think other carriers have a version of the Filip made by LG is a much better option.

Great kids phone

My daughter has been using this for 2-3 weeks & loves it. I really didn't want to give her a full fledged phone so was looking for something like this that doesn't require a full phone to "sync" with (like the Apple & FitBit models).
In short, the FiLIP is easy to use but I have shut off the automatic gps tracking to conserve battery.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Device and app sucks.

I bought the device a couple months ago and it doesn't stay connected to the app. I'm not happy with the device. App doesn't work, doesn't stay up to date with the GPS location of the device.
