This thing always works. Never had a problem. Plug it in, the software comes up & you click the connect button. Also includes hotspot ability to help your colleagues who don't have one.

The USB connect momentum was a life saver!!!!!! My son broke our laptop, my daughter desperately needed Internet to complete her assignments. We live way out in the country and the "local" phone companies said they could not assure good service even with landline.... AT&T agent was kind and gave me the options available this is great we use it in the pc and now she can use it with her laptop anywhere she goes!!!!! Thanks AT&T the service way out in the country is lightening fast! Could not be happier!
